Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM4B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,592 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTK2B, EFR3A, and MR1. Each is linked with RBM4B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM4B-to-partner and partner-to-RBM4B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM4B versus PTK2B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.
