Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM4B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 434 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL98P, MIR6803, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with RBM4B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM4B-to-partner and partner-to-RBM4B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL98P grouped by RBM4B-low versus RBM4B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
