RBM48

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM48 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,145 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM48-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MEPCE, ZKSCAN1, and GTF2I. Each is linked with RBM48 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM48-to-partner and partner-to-RBM48 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM48 versus MEPCE in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM48→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM48) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
