Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM48 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,979 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM48-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASPM, MSI2, and CENPF. Each is linked with RBM48 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM48-to-partner and partner-to-RBM48 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM48 versus ASPM in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM48→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM48) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
