Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM48 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,021 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM48-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of telomeric D-loop disassembly, Positive regulation of t-circle formation, and Protein desumoylation. Each is linked with RBM48 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM48-to-partner and partner-to-RBM48 results are reported.
