The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RBM46 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBM46 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
KIRC, LGG, and PRAD are the cancer types where RBM46 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
