Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM46 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,026 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM46-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of proteolysis involved in protein catabolic process, Positive regulation of translation, and RNA localization. Each is linked with RBM46 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM46-to-partner and partner-to-RBM46 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
