Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM46 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM46-associated genes across cancer lineages are MS4A13, ASPN, and SH3GL2. Each is linked with RBM46 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM46-to-partner and partner-to-RBM46 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MS4A13 grouped by RBM46-low versus RBM46-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM46→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM46) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
