RBM45

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM45 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,854 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM45-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMSP1, MBIP, and ZIC3. Each is linked with RBM45 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM45-to-partner and partner-to-RBM45 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SMSP1 grouped by RBM45-low versus RBM45-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM45→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
