Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBM44 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RBM44 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher RBM44 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBM44 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

BRCA, UCEC, and KIRP are the cancer types where RBM44 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
