Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBM43 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RBM43 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RBM43 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBM43 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUAD and COAD are the cancer types where RBM43 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
