RBM42

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM42 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,830 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM42-associated genes across cancer lineages are PISRT1, LINC02114, and RNY4P9. Each is linked with RBM42 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM42-to-partner and partner-to-RBM42 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PISRT1 grouped by RBM42-low versus RBM42-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM42→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
