RBM42

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM42 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 140 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM42-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA4, CBY1, and PHF5A. Each is linked with RBM42 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM42-to-partner and partner-to-RBM42 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNA4 grouped by RBM42-low versus RBM42-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM42→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
