Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBM41 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RBM41 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher RBM41 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBM41 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
OV, HNSC, and SKCM are the cancer types where RBM41 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
