RBM41

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM41 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,736 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM41-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPSAP46, HSPA8P8, and PDYN-AS1. Each is linked with RBM41 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM41-to-partner and partner-to-RBM41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM41 versus RPSAP46 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM41→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
