RBM41

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM41 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,606 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM41-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-718P, OR5M14P, and PRADC1. Each is linked with RBM41 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM41-to-partner and partner-to-RBM41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-718P grouped by RBM41-low versus RBM41-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM41→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
