Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,405 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBBP5, NUMA1, and SF3B3. Each is linked with RBM4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM4-to-partner and partner-to-RBM4 results are reported.
