Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,951 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FLI1, TTC31, and UTP20. Each is linked with RBM4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM4-to-partner and partner-to-RBM4 results are reported.
