Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 659 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCR1, TRAJ21, and RNU6-6P. Each is linked with RBM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM4-to-partner and partner-to-RBM4 results are reported.
