Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,569 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of gene expression, epigenetic, Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase II promoter, and Protein-DNA complex organization. Each is linked with RBM4 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM4-to-partner and partner-to-RBM4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of gene expression, epigenetic grouped by RBM4-low versus RBM4-high in OVARY.
