Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM39 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,248 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM39-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP21, CHTOP, and GTF3C4. Each is linked with RBM39 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM39-to-partner and partner-to-RBM39 results are reported.
