Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM39 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,845 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM39-associated genes across cancer lineages are RARS1, MIR942, and TRIM48. Each is linked with RBM39 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM39-to-partner and partner-to-RBM39 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RARS1 grouped by RBM39-low versus RBM39-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM39→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
