Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM39 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM39-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, PDCD4, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with RBM39 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM39-to-partner and partner-to-RBM39 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by RBM39-low versus RBM39-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM39→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
