Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM38 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,262 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM38-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP1, MCC, and NOSTRIN. Each is linked with RBM38 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM38-to-partner and partner-to-RBM38 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM38 versus PARP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM38→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
