The most reproducible RBM38-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR156, KLHL4, and AQP9. Each is linked with RBM38 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM38-to-partner and partner-to-RBM38 results are reported.
