Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM38 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 233 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM38-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P7, CCNG2P1, and RPS20P25. Each is linked with RBM38 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM38-to-partner and partner-to-RBM38 results are reported.
