Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM34 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,774 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM34-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHDC1, MEF2C, and TIMP3. Each is linked with RBM34 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM34-to-partner and partner-to-RBM34 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM34→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
