Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM34 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,540 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM34-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02380, LINC02372, and RNU5E-8P. Each is linked with RBM34 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM34-to-partner and partner-to-RBM34 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM34→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
