Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM34 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,444 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM34-associated genes across cancer lineages are AHCTF1, COA6, and TBCE. Each is linked with RBM34 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM34-to-partner and partner-to-RBM34 results are reported.
