RBM3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,143 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF41, POLA1, and PIN4. Each is linked with RBM3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM3-to-partner and partner-to-RBM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM3 versus ZNF41 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
