Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, PEA-15, and Tuberin. Each is linked with RBM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM3-to-partner and partner-to-RBM3 results are reported.
