Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,107 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lagging strand elongation, Positive regulation of chromosome condensation, and Positive regulation of synapse structural plasticity. Each is linked with RBM3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM3-to-partner and partner-to-RBM3 results are reported.
