Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM28 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,380 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM28-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, ARHGEF6, and ABCA8. Each is linked with RBM28 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM28-to-partner and partner-to-RBM28 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM28 versus CNRIP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM28→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
