Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM28 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,985 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM28-associated proteins across cancer lineages are REXO4, RPF2, and RPL7L1. Each is linked with RBM28 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM28-to-partner and partner-to-RBM28 results are reported.
