Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM28 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,439 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM28-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCD1P4, EIF3JP1, and MTND6P33. Each is linked with RBM28 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM28-to-partner and partner-to-RBM28 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ABCD1P4 grouped by RBM28-low versus RBM28-high in BLCA.
