RBM28

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM28 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM28-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H1, OR4X2, and KRTAP17-1. Each is linked with RBM28 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM28-to-partner and partner-to-RBM28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11H1 grouped by RBM28-low versus RBM28-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM28→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
