RBM27

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,739 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM27-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX46, TCERG1, and RBM22. Each is linked with RBM27 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM27-to-partner and partner-to-RBM27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM27 versus DDX46 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM27→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
