Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM27 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,361 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM27-associated genes across cancer lineages are FTCDNL1, FAT1, and FLT1. Each is linked with RBM27 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM27-to-partner and partner-to-RBM27 results are reported.
