Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM27 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,532 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM27-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIAS, TOMM22, and SLC25A17. Each is linked with RBM27 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM27-to-partner and partner-to-RBM27 results are reported.
