Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM27 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM27-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, GSK3-a-b, and Heregulin. Each is linked with RBM27 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM27-to-partner and partner-to-RBM27 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by RBM27-low versus RBM27-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM27→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
