Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM27 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM27-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRIA2, ACOD1, and GTSF1L. Each is linked with RBM27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM27-to-partner and partner-to-RBM27 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GRIA2 grouped by RBM27-low versus RBM27-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM27→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
