RBM27

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM27 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,485 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM27-associated genes across cancer lineages are WNK3, GRIN3A, and ZFC3H1. Each is linked with RBM27 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM27-to-partner and partner-to-RBM27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WNK3 grouped by RBM27-low versus RBM27-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM27→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
