Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM25 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,204 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM25-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMOD1, ERH, and CKS2. Each is linked with RBM25 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM25-to-partner and partner-to-RBM25 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM25 versus LMOD1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM25→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
