Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM25 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 40,734 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM25-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP4R2, PRPF40A, and NCBP1. Each is linked with RBM25 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM25-to-partner and partner-to-RBM25 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM25 versus PPP4R2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM25→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
