RBM25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,068 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM25-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAAL1, RNA5SP170, and MIR4462. Each is linked with RBM25 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM25-to-partner and partner-to-RBM25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SAAL1 grouped by RBM25-low versus RBM25-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM25→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
