RBM25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM25-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR8B3, OR6M1, and FBXL2. Each is linked with RBM25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM25-to-partner and partner-to-RBM25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR8B3 grouped by RBM25-low versus RBM25-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM25→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
