Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBM24 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RBM24 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher RBM24 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBM24 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
SKCM, UCEC, and SARC are the cancer types where RBM24 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
