RBM24

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,948 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM24-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAP2, PGM5, and CAP2_S309. Each is linked with RBM24 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM24-to-partner and partner-to-RBM24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM24 versus CAP2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM24→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
