Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM24 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 86 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM24-associated genes across cancer lineages are PROK1, GPR119, and LCN9. Each is linked with RBM24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM24-to-partner and partner-to-RBM24 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM24 versus PROK1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.95.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM24→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
