Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,297 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM24-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transport of virus, Intracellular transport of virus, and Actin filament fragmentation. Each is linked with RBM24 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM24-to-partner and partner-to-RBM24 results are reported.
